.3D Portraits.
2025 / Chopenhagen
In collaboration with Danish artist Kristian Sverdrup, this project explores the intersection of art, technology, and human experience.
The work consists of a series of 3D portraits of individuals living with severe physical disabilities—people actively engaged in advocating for the rights of others facing similar challenges. Through this project, the portrait becomes not only a representation, but a medium for visibility and voice.
The subjects were 3D scanned in Copenhagen, capturing their physical presence with precision and sensitivity. The portraits were then produced through 3D printing and refined through an extensive post-production process in my studio.
Moving beyond technical execution, the project reflects on resilience, dignity, and activism, using digital fabrication as a tool to translate personal stories into tangible form.
